Clinical research is the way we determine what the best ways are to prevent, diagnose or treat disease. The Royal Devon & Exeter NHS Foundation Trust supports the National Institute for Health Research (NIHR) portfolio of research to increase the number of patients who have the opportunity to participate in research, as well as enhancing the nation’s attractiveness as a host for research. More information is available on the NIHR website.
